All orders are fulfilled from our partner warehouse in Asia. This allows us to offer competitive pricing while maintaining tracked delivery and customer support.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 17:00 GMT are usually processed the same or next business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier tracking link.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
There is no minimum order value required.
All prices displayed on our website include handling and delivery costs unless otherwise stated. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout before purchase.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping (transit) time: 6–12 business days

Deliveries are handled by trusted international logistics partners.
Once the shipment arrives in the United Kingdom, it is transferred to a reliable local courier (such as Royal Mail or an equivalent service) for final delivery.
All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order at any time using the Track Order page available on our website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
7. Delays, Customs, and Delivery Issues
We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery. However, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, high-demand periods, or unforeseen circumstances. These factors are outside our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you.
8. Missing or Lost Packages
